Our adult dance classes are a fun, supportive, and empowering space to move, learn, and express yourself. With a different dance style each week, you’ll explore a wide range of genres including musical theatre jazz, commercial, sassy heels, contemporary, and tap, keeping every class fresh and exciting. Weekly styles are shared in our group chat so you know what’s coming, and at the end of each class we film a short video and post it there for your personal progress and practice only — filming is always optional, with absolutely no pressure to take part. Whether you’re returning to dance or trying something new, expect great music, good vibes, confidence-building choreography, and a welcoming community where you can challenge yourself and enjoy dancing again.
